Steak and Meat Specials

Pork Osso Bucco

Pork shank slow-cooked, fall-off-the-bone tender with a sauce of tomatoes, peppers, and onions, served with garlic mashed potatoes.

Porterhouse Steak

Bone-on, flamed-broiled to order 24 oz. porterhouse steak served with mashed potatoes, a vegetable, and Lista’s Garlic butter for dipping. The best!

Twin Sangria Tenderloin

Twin filets, fire-grilled to perfection, finished with our original sangria brown gravy, served with garlic mashed potatoes and a grilled vegetable.

Steak Relleno

A true “House Special.” Strip steak stuffed with chorizo sausage, onions, peppers and cheese. Bacon Wrapped, then flame-broiled with grilled vegetables and refried beans.

Lista's Rack of Lamb

A recipe Ruben developed over 4 decades ago with his Dad. A full rack, perfectly seasoned and oven broiled. Served with mashed potatoes, grilled vegetables, mint jelly.

Apple Butter Pork Chop

Imagine a thick, bone-in, center-cut pork chop marinated then grilled with cinnamon apple butter, wilted spinach, and served with jalapeño mashed potatoes.

Mile High Meat Loaf

Back by popular demand… thick, moist and perfectly seasoned, layered with grilled asparagus and jalapeño, served with cheddar mashed potatoes.

Walnut-Crusted Chicken

Tender, boneless chicken breast encrusted with crushed walnuts, chiles and spices, baked, and then laced with fruit salsa. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and a grilled vegetable.

The 24 oz. Cowboy Steak

Bone-on rib steak flame-broiled to order, served with Lista’s Garlic butter for dipping and crispy green bean fries. Yum!

Pacific Rim Rib-Eye

Juicy rib-eye glazed with soy sauce and sweet chile, then flame-broiled and finished with our Thai pineapple sauce. Served with rice and grilled asparagus.

Garlic Pork Chop

Our garlic sauce has become legendary— now it adorns a flame-broiled, center-cut, bone-in pork chop, served with mashed sweet potatoes and assorted vegetables.

Maryland Bison Burger

So lean, so tender, simply the best burger ever! Flame-grilled and finished with jumbo lump crab and jack cheese. Served on a toasted brioche roll with sweet potato fries.

Mile High Turkey Meat Loaf

A special blend of ground turkey and vegetables – oven baked. Served with cheesy mashed potatoes and green beans with cranberry sangria gravy.

Chicken Mole Poblano

The pride of old Mexico – tender chicken simmered in a very special red chile, peanut, and chocolate sauce. Served with Spanish rice, black beans, guacamole, and corn tortillas. You've got to try this one!

Homemade Lasagna

Grilled vegetables or meat (ground beef, hot and sweet sausage), assorted cheese, and house made Italian sauce, slow baked with tender pasta. Served with a house salad and crusty bread. Also available in half portion.

Blackened Redfish Etoufee

Beautiful Filet, dredged in a special mix of spices. Cooked on a white hot skillet, topped with baby shrimp etouffee, rice and vegetables.

Orange Roughy

Lightly corn-dusted and quickly fried, served atop chipotle cheese grits, and laced with our ranchero sauce. Served with grilled vegetables.

Pistacio Crusted Catfish

Beautiful filet of catfish cradled with crushed pistachios, oven-broiled and laced with chipotle aioli. Served with wilted spinach and sweet potato fries.

Strawberry Jalapeño Salmon

Beautiful filet of salmon grilled and basted with our special BBQ sauce, served over thai-seasoned, shrimp-fried rice.

Crab-Stuffed Shrimp

4 Jumbo shrimp baked with our famous crab stuffing, finished with Lista’s cajun crab sauce and grilled vegetables.

Kathy named this one! Jumbo shrimp sautéed in a garlic, gorgonzola cheese white wine cream sauce, served over angel hair pasta with crusty bread for dippin’.

Chile lime-based jumbo shrimp and large sea scallops fire-roasted and served with all the fixings to roll your own.

Blue Corn-Crusted Salmon

Beautiful fillet of salmon encrusted with crushed blue corn chips and just the right amount of spice. Served with fruit salsa, rice, and house vegetable.

Crab Stuffed, Pecan-Crusted Orange Roughy

Oven baked, maple and red chile glazed, pecan-crusted filet of fresh orange roughy served with cilantro rice and grilled asparagus.
